Employment Comprehensive employment law advice, documentation and litigation experience. General employment advice including contractual issues, employee entitlements, termination, redundancy and workplace policies and practices; Defending employee Unfair Dismissal applications and Human Rights claims including matters before the Fair Work Ombudsman, and appearances at the Fair Work Tribunal and the Australian Human Rights Commission; Enforcement and advice on employee and employer obligations under employment contracts, awards and pursuant to the Fair Work Act (Cth); Drafting, negotiating and advising on employment and contractor agreements, including consultancy agreements; and Advising on all employee related issues that arise in a sale or purchase of a company or business, including relevant due diligence investigations and obligations to owed by and to employees.
